DHANGADHI: Police have captured four suspects for their affirmed inclusion in the Monday's Kailali massacre in which nine individuals including a minor were heartlessly killed.
As per DIG Ram Kumar Khanal, Chief of Far-Western Regional Police Office, police will complete an examination concerning their asserted involvment in the episode and they will be charged under homicide case if discovered guiltly.
The angry protestors murdered SSP Laxman Neupane, Inspector team Balram Bista and Keshab Bohara, constables Lokendra Chand and Laxman Khadka. Moreover, Armed Police Force (APF) Head Constable Lalit Saud, and constable Ram Bihari Chaudhary were likewise slaughtered in the conflict.
A two-year old child of APF Assistant Head Constable Netra Bahadur Saud was additionally murdered by the protestors.
Meanwhile, the house of lawmaker of Madhesi People’s Rights Forum (Democratic) Janakraj Chaudhary has been set on fire. A group affiliated to undivided far-west has set fire to the house based in Tikapur Municipality-6, lawmaker Chaudhary told Republica.
However, no human casualties are reported since there were no people in the house.
Similarly, FM radio station belonging to Resham Chaudhary has also been set on fire. Locals said the irate group also set fire to some other shops in the market area apart from the two houses.
